Catfight Films Membership Terms and Conditions

MEMBERSHIP FEES:

Monthly membership to this site is $19.95 (US dollars).

RECURRING (REVOLVING) PAYMENT METHODS:

• Major Credit Cards,
• Debit Cards,
• or Electronic Checks (drawn on U.S. Bank Accounts).

NON-RECURRING (ONE TIME) PAYMENT METHODS:

• Charge 1 month fees to your monthly telephone bill. You must use a US land line and not a cell phone or internet phone account.
• Residents of the European Union may pay 1 month from their personal account with DirectPay EU. Processing time is 1-3 days except in Germany - which is done in Real Time.

CONTENT

The member's portion of the site is updated monthly with new content (between the first and the fifth day of each month). If you use Recurring/Revolving payment method, you will be billed every 30 days until you tell us to cancel.

CANCEL MEMBERSHIP

To cancel your membership, go to CCBill. Please allow 7 days to process cancellations. If your credit/debit card or electronic check transaction is declined, your user name and password will be deactivated until you contact CCBill and provide them with updated information.

USER NAMES AND PASSWORDS

Catfight Films and USA Publications, herein referred to as the Owners, reserve the right to cancel member access to this site without notice. User names and Passwords are the sole property of the Owners. Sharing your username and password with unauthorized persons is grounds for immediate cancellation of your membership without a refund. We ask members to act responsibly. Treat user names and passwords like a bank account password. In other words, DO NOT SHARE with others.

ZERO TOLERANCE

If the Owners detect any of the following, the offending members user name and password will be disabled, and membership canceled without a refund: unusually high activity levels, such as that which might be expected from several people using the same user name and password, unnecessarily excessive or repetitive downloading of files, attempts to hack into the system, spamming, e-mail bombing (sending hundreds of e-mails to the same address), propagation of viruses, worms or Trojan horses, harassment, any form of mischief or mayhem which could destabilize the site, or cause inconvenience to other members or the Owners.

STOLEN PASSWORDS

If a member believes his/her user name and password may have been stolen from another membership site, please use a unique user name and password for this site. If the member feels his current user name and password may have been stolen, the member must notify the Owners immediately and arrange to have their password disabled and a new one issued. This is particularly important if you keep user names and passwords stored on your computer, and your computer becomes lost, stolen or hacked into. The best theft deterrent is to periodically change your user name and password.
